We had a wonderful experience with Wilde East Towne Honda. This was not our first experience working with a dealership, but it was our first purchase. I loved the little touches throughout for customer comfort. Baby slings near the bathroom to hold car seats, the charging station with refreshments as well as electronic charging areas, a small kids area, and saltwater fish tank all near the service department. As a mom who often brings small children into necessary appointments, the additions were appreciated. Alex made our experience very comfortable. There was none of the normal sales pressure and he knew the answer to every question we had without hesitation. He kept everything very transparent for pricing on our trade-in as well as the few additional fees, again no pressure. We loved his laid-back personality. Kenn worked with us through the final paperwork. This man is wonderful. We brought a cash down payment, a trade-in, and our own financing, which he sorted out with a big smile and swapping stories about the kids. At the end of the night we drove out with our new to us 2022 Toyota Sienna Hybrid and oversell very happy with our experience. More
