Wilde East Towne Honda

This is the first time we have gone to Wilde Honda, but this is our second Honda. We were greeted at the door by Don Sturkol....after that, everything was very smooth! Very happy with the whole experience, would definitely recommend Wilde East Towne Honda, and would also recommend Don Sturkol.....he always took care of our every need. The vehicle I purchased was defective. It stalled after only one month. I had it towed to Wilde East Towne Honda and I was not satisfied with the results in my effort to have it repaired. I had to replac only one month. I had it towed to Wilde East Towne Honda and I was not satisfied with the results in my effort to have it repaired. I had to replace spark plugs and the power steering pump. Wilde East Towne Honda performed a diagnostic test and denied finding problems, other than a misfire. Prior to having it towed to the shop, I had a diagnostic test done and received a print-out of numerous problems. Wilde East Towne Honda did not have the capability of printing the diagnostic test reading as this is what I was told. They admitted doing an inspection and making numerous repairs to the vehicle prior to it being sold. However, It is my belief that they were hiding what was found in an effort to conceal that they sold a defective vehicle. I incurred a costly out of pocket expense for repairs and with this I am very displeased. More

I made an unscheduled visit to Wilde at the end of the day on a Friday to have them look at scratch on my car caused by running over a branch in the road. Even though I did not have an appointment, I rece day on a Friday to have them look at scratch on my car caused by running over a branch in the road. Even though I did not have an appointment, I received very prompt attention. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were able to almost completely buff out the scratch, and they did not even charge me for the wonderful and speedy service. I could not be happier with the service I received. Wonderful. The experience exceeded my expectations. Phil and Jerry were awesome to work with. I went into the dealership expecting to test drive a couple of vehicles before I went off to Chicago or La Phil and Jerry were awesome to work with. I went into the dealership expecting to test drive a couple of vehicles before I went off to Chicago or LaCrosse to purchase one. I did not have a good experience at the other local dealerships, so I decided to go outside of Madison. Then I met Jerry. His youth and enthusiasm made me pause and take a look at a couple vehicles. I liked them but the price was beyond what I could budget or afford to pay. So, I continued to search the internet. When I found a vehicle that I wanted to purchase in LaCrosse, I communicated this to Jerry. He said okay. But, he later called back with an offer to good to refuse. Long story short, I planned on purchasing a used vehicle but walked out with a 2014 Honda Accord. Phil as well as Jerry worked with me to close the paperwork. It was a good experience. I will refer those who are looking to consider this dealership first. As an African American living in Madison, it is good when people come out just to talk to you about your buying needs.
