Fair price on the vehicle I purchased. Jose is a good guy, very friendly/approachable. Jose gets 5's from me. The whole experience does not. Shawn came across to me as a bit of well... a used car salesman. Nice enough guy but trying to work all of the angles that are so tiresome from used car salesmen. I felt that the trade in offers were a joke. Fair price on the vehicle I bought but ridiculous trade in deals offered. Ended up selling my vehicle outright and then purchasing this one. So, in the end, Wilde missed out on making additional profit on a second vehicle sale as they could have resold my trade in and made additional profit. That's ok though, I put the extra money back in my pocket instead! More

I brought my VW in to have the tires changed. I was told to pull my car in front of the service doors and they will automatically open to let me in. Before I had my car in park Cheryl was already on the way to pull my car in front of the service doors and they will automatically open to let me in. Before I had my car in park Cheryl was already on the way to my door to greet me and confirm the services I came in for. She was courteous and professional in her work and made me feel extremely comfortable with brining my car to this dealership and in setting me up in their customer lounge so I could get some work done. She gave me an expectation of how long it would take and she was right on the money. As I sent a few emails for work, I could over hear Cheryl working with other customers. She took a personal interest in each person she dealt with. I almost felt like she was the corporate trainer teaching a class on how to deliver great service to customers. My wife and I were looking for a Honda Fit (have been for some time actually) and when I saw on-line that there were a few available we decided to brave the cold and take some for a test drive. After jumping them to get them started and warmed up, we drove them around and were very happy. I was impressed with the quick email and phone call response from Mike Bergman. Mike was great to work with. Through the support of Eric Henderson and Phil Hogans, we were able to agree on a trade difference and purchased our first new vehicle. Two weeks later, we decided to give Mike a call to see what kind of a trade deal we could put together to trade our car in for a leftover new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. Later that week, my wife and I were back at Wilde East Towne purchasing a new Accord. We really enjoyed working with Mike Bergman and the staff at Wilde East Towne Honda. We were very happy that we didn't have to deal with any pushy sales people and Katie had a very relaxed approached while we looked at a couple different cars. Once we decided on a car, the process to buy it was effortless. We drove away very happy with our new car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More
