My husband and I had a very positive experience at Wilde East Towne Honda. Our sales consultant Velislav was a treat to work with. We were also very impressed with Phil and his eagerness to make the numbers work and with Peter in how he managed to get us approved for two cars within 24 hours. I was also quite impressed with Michael's willingness to help me figure out how my bluetooth feature works. He could have directed me to the manual but he didn't. He took the time to explain and show me how it works. The facility is very customer friendly with the coffee bar, clean bathrooms, comfy lounge area with computers, tvs and toys for the kiddos, not to mention the stunning aquarium! We are from MN and found the car we liked on line. When we discussed it with Rustyn on the phone, he was very helpful in checking out every detail we inquired about the car. When we arrived and took our test drive Rustyn was very knowledgeable about the details of the vehicle, even though it was a used Toyota and they are a Honda Dealer. He even brought his own I Pod with an adapter to show us how we could hook it up in this car. Rustyn & Shawn made sure the cruise control we asked for was installed before we arrived so we wouldn't have to wait, just "trusting" that we would like the car!
