We started our search for a new vehicle in late July and one of our first stops was at Wilde East Towne Honda where Brent Alexander greeted us and showed us a 2013 Pilot. While we were talking with Brent, he introduced us to Phil Hogans as well. As luck would have it, we ended up delaying our purchase until November. In mid November, I began talking with other dealerships and getting a number of internet quotes. After getting those quotes and visiting some other dealerships, we came back to Wilde East Towne Honda. Based on our first visit, we knew that we would include Wilde East Towne Honda and they would be tough to beat. Through the entire process, we remembered our first visit with Brent and Phil and had a comfort level with Brent and Phil that just wasn't present anywhere else. Both were straightforward and honest with us. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Every step of the way we felt that they were there to work with us rather than to try and extract the last possible dollar. We ended up with an excellent deal on our Pilot and drove away very satisfied. I can heartily recommend Brent Alexander, Phil Hogans and the entire Wilde East Towne Honda team for those in the market for a new vehicle.
