Sam Carpenter was my sales person at Wilde East Towne Honda. He was wonderful - knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and absolutely no pressure. I knew which vehicle I wanted and he helped me get it. Afterwards, Sam spent time showing me all the features and linking my phone to the vehicle. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased with Sam as my sales person and honestly, I hope he’s there for a long time! If I (or anyone else I know) need a vehicle, I’ll insist that Sam be the one to help me. Thumbs up and FIVE stars! And, the dealership was great, too!
