He was honest and upfront about some imperfections on the exterior of the car which was so so appreciated. Kenn was very friendly and professional throughout the financing process when buying a new (to me) car. He explained everything really well without over-explaining or invalidating my knowledge of the p financing process when buying a new (to me) car.
