Oil change was fine, like always. However, this appointment was also for a recall item, and I wanted to get them both done at the same time since I live a long distance away. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked if the part would be on hand, and I was assured it would be. Unfortunately to my dismay, I was told they didn't have the part when I showed up for my appointment. This is unacceptable! I was very forward with checking on the availability of the recall product! Why was it not in place like I was assured? Now I have to waste time and fuel for a return trip to the dealership! More
It took 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. We waited in the car port for someone to even talk to us. We had an appointment for 1:45 and left at almost 5:00. For cleanliness and sanitation during this service visit, prep for Tori (too long of a story about her name for now) for added protection. 2) A check in with service advisor, par excellence, Valerie Rich. Actually continuance of of an established relationship a few cars back. We discussed the reason for the service visit, pricing, any questions, concerns or additional options. 3) The comfortable waiting area with a friendly hello to the fish. A chance to read a few pages. 4) Of course the actual service. Thorough attention to detail and professionally completed in a very timely fashion. 5) The post service exit interview. Val again excels here. Never any rush. The easy to read multi point inspection is presented. Then Val reviewed not just the present service but also foreshadowed what would be coming when the next maintenance minder wrench appears. Again an opportunity for questions and concerns. Val explains any mechanical/technical aspects of car maintenance in a gentle conversation to leave even little old ladies like me with new knowledge and information. 6) overall experience with Wilde East Towne Honda Service Dept. an encore star for friendliness, respect, and of course professional service so that Tori will continue to provide a comfortable, safe, economical and ecological ride for me now and for years to come. When Tori's next service is needed we will confidently return to Wilde East Towne Honda. More
Had to have an emergency tire replacement during a multi-state road trip. Taylor J. on the Service side was incredibly helpful throughout the process, including contacting my original dealer that had multi-state road trip. It was also a nice bonus that the dealership was incredibly dog friendly, which helped with the stress as we were travelling with our puppy. More

He went above and beyond what was expected and exceeded what was necessary to ensure we had a positive experience. I have been a long time Wilde customer and this encounter reinforced what I have always known. The experience with Darius made my son a believer in Wilde too. MY Honda CR-V neeeded a timing chain and it was Saturday. Where do you go on a Saturday, everyone is closed. My son called and talked to Mikaila and she said bring it right in and we'll look at it. They started working on it on Monday, gave me another CR-V loner, and I had my car back in two days. I asked they go over everything and replace wires and plugs too as I had almost 200K miles on it. When I looked over my bill I saw they didn't replace the wires and I questioned it. After talking to Mikaila she said it didn't need wires. I was very happy to realize how honest they are. I can't say enough about Mikaila! She was so pleasant and easy to work with. She covered all my concerns and kept me up to date as to when my Honda would be finished. I will definitely be going back to them when I need more work done and I will be asking for Mikaila. She's an asset to his company and I hope they realize that. Kudos Mikaila!!! More
