PROBLEM SOLVERS! I had a major problem with a 2019 Ridgeline I purchased at Wilde East Town Honda. I chose it because it had Honda Sensing, a safety feature I wanted i I had a major problem with a 2019 Ridgeline I purchased at Wilde East Town Honda. I chose it because it had Honda Sensing, a safety feature I wanted in anticipation of a 1600+ mile trip pulling a trailer, and because it had every other feature i wanted in the last vehicle I’ll ever buy. Two months later, my trailer was ready two hours away. On the way back, pulling the trailer for the first time, I wanted to have the experience of using Honda Sensing. But I couldn’t figure out how to access it, so several days later I went to the dealership to have them walk me through it. The manager immediately realized that it wasn’t installed in my vehicle. “What?!?”, quoth I, looking for the vehicle description that I had printed out. Sure enough, Honda Sensing was listed. Here’s the thing: the manager immediately took the page to the owner, who authorised a generous solution that was easy to accept. Everyone was apologetic and sincere, and earned my trust. I had installed a cap on the 2019, and they arranged for the cap dealer to move it to the 2020 Ridgeline. Kudos especially to Sam Carpenter, who went above and beyond every step of the way. This is a First Class dealership in every way, and, in this current environment of a pandemic, every CDC guideline is observed. Masks for every employee, cleaning stations set up, social distancing, et al. Sam used antiseptic wipes to clean any touch surfaces for me prior to being seated at his desk, and provided a cleaned pen for my sole use. More

Impeccable Service I cannot recommend Wilde East Towne Honda more! We were traveling from Michigan to Minnesota and were in an accident just south of the dealership. Aft I cannot recommend Wilde East Towne Honda more! We were traveling from Michigan to Minnesota and were in an accident just south of the dealership. After pulling into the service center, someone took a look at our Honda van and within minutes, it was brought down to the shop. It was determined that we had a cracked radiator. Immediately a part was ordered, picked up, and within a few hours, we were back on the road with a working vehicle. Alan Reichert's service that day was outstanding. The care and concern he showed for our family made a stressful situation, doable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed during the wait and ensured we could continue in our travels. I can't say enough encouraging words about the entire staff at Wilde East Towne and HIGHLY recommend this dealership! More

I had an outstanding service experience My 2017 Ridgeline was throwing some "Service Engine Soon" codes and I brought it right in. I bought the truck used, and the previous owner had a lift My 2017 Ridgeline was throwing some "Service Engine Soon" codes and I brought it right in. I bought the truck used, and the previous owner had a lift kit installed that I wanted removed. I know this is a little "off the page" but it didn't stop my Service writer, Valerie, for a moment. She got me bids on the funny stuff I wanted done, and even found the real reason my car was throwing "Service Engine" codes was a bad injector that would be covered under warranty. She really fought for me! Val called me daily to tell me what was up and how it was going, and delivered the Ridgeline to me on time and on budget with no fuss. I have other Honda dealers closer to me (I'm 60 miles away) but I drive to Wilde Honda because of the excellent work, and the way I am treated by Val. She is value-added. This is my 4th time at Wilde's service department - always a square deal and treated great. Thanks guys and Val! :) More

I went in for my work, and it was done to the exact standards and the car is driving as I had hoped it would. Always helpful! OMG! Alan at Wilde East is amazing!! I had a glove compartment that had been stuck for 5 months. I tried off and on to dislodge the umbrella that wa OMG! Alan at Wilde East is amazing!! I had a glove compartment that had been stuck for 5 months. I tried off and on to dislodge the umbrella that was the probable culprit for the jam of my glove compartment. I finally admitted defeat and scheduled an appointment to have it unjammed. I drove into the service area expecting to return a few hours later to pick up my car. Alan asked if he could try to get it open. I was surprised, amazed and impressed with Alan's ability to OPEN my glove compartment. Many had tried to open it but he had a master's touch! I was able to leave with a working glove compartment within minutes of my arrival. Thank you, Alan!! Thank you, Wilde for hiring the best!! The service at Wilde is always above and beyond the norm. Your staff always makes me feel they are there to help me no matter how big or small my concern may be. More
I've used Wilde for service since 2014. The experiences have always been positive. I usually ask for Cheryl Romo or Luis Roman and have not been disappointed. Last time, I worked with Mikaila Corcoran and she was equally good. I appreciate it when they take time to go over the form that rates the status of the service checks. The service is quick without feeling rushed. The waiting facilities are very comfortable. One time I was there getting new tires and the power went out for over an hour. The manager came out often to check on the waiting customers, apologized (even though Wilde had nothing to do with the outage) and took significant amounts off our bills to compensate us for the inconvenience. I give the service department the highest possible rating. More
