Jordan our salesman was a true professional very informative he knows his stuff. John McNelis was the new car manager he really made things go smooth. They didn’t have the new Highlander we wanted but they found one and got it to the dealership in time to add the extra equipment we wanted. We took delivery of the Highlander in time to get the rebates and special pricing we needed to make the deal. What a great team everyone at Wilde was so friendly and helpful. There were lots of Sales staff to work with customers. The Finance staff were professional and friendly, upfront with prices and helpful with paperwork. Our salesman Tommy Haynes was very experienced and knowledgeable about the cars we were considering. He was patient with our indecision and paperwork delays that arose. Tommy did not pressure us, was straight forward and perceptive to our likes and dislikes. We believe he stayed late a couple of times to help complete the transaction.
