Service I have been coming to this dealership since 1994 and have been taken care by the different service advisors over this time period. But recently I have been refer to Mr. David Olguin by person at work. Let me tell you David has exceeded all my expectation so far when I received oil change on Aug 29th . I have again went today because of I thought was oil leak! To my surprise he took me right away without an appointment. Also he did not charge me for this check. Unfortunately to my bad luck it turns out to be Shock/Stuart failure with leakage of fluid and probably will cost me at least $1200 per initial estimate. I really appreciate his sincere effort, keen interest to serve my service need, at a such a short notice, and sincere advice that now-a-days hard to find! I felt and noticed that "It is easy to complain about someone than complement he or she" It happens quite often in my practice as Physician! I therfore decided rather complement David today for today as well as earlier visits. Wilde is lucky to have Service advisor like David working for the dealership. I will now probably try to get estimate from other services place as typically I know Dealership costs more and my car has almost 187500 miles! Again will thank David for his professionalism! More
Uninviting Sales Man I arrived at the dealership ready to leave the lot with a used car. From the start, Mr. Haynes seemed bothered by my request to test drive multiple cars with my mother. After deciding on a vehicle, we proceeded inside. Throughout the entire process thus far, no small talk or cordial conversation was even attempted. I was looking at purchasing at 2016 Jetta, of which I had done extensive research. I am also an experienced mechanic, albeit a woman. I was aware of the stereotype that women in dealerships are ill-treated, however I experienced this first-hand. He seemed uninterested in any negotiations, and negated any true statements or points brought up by myself about the type of transmission and accompanying work required, true market value, etc. At one point he even laughed in my and my mothers face. I felt undervalued, and like I was being taken as a joke. I can understand that everyone needs to make a living, and it is his job to get the best price for the dealership. But this was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. More

Kudos to him to help a short girl find the perfect car that I fit in! Also, Anthony Smith (Finance Manager) was extremely nice and went over everything in the paperwork and warranty information, being very helpful explaining each and every thing that was covered and his recommendations.
