He went out of his way to help us and to get my air conditioning fixed. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Having an older model vehicle I left it there expecting the repair to take a couple of days. It needed an new compressor. Wilde got one that day and it was ready for pick up at the end of that day! I received two phone calls on the progress from David and he gave me his personal cell number for me to use if I had any questions (he does this for all of his customers). Hopefully I won't be visiting the service center any time soon, but if I do, I know that I will be able to count on David to make my repairs go as smoothly as they can. Thanks again Dave. More

He provided me with options as well as let me know that my rear brakes were nearing replacement level. He offered to schedule my next appointment. I have recommended others go to Wilde based on my experience with David. He definitely goes above and beyond what I expected. When I find good service providers or other professionals I will drive the distance to stay with people that take care of me and my family. More

Obnoxious! While looking for a car for our 18 year old, we decided to start driving around since it was difficult to see the flaws etc. on the internet. We started at one dealership only to find that we were being chased down when all we wanted to do was look. We drove into Wilde and after asking where the used cars were (of which the sales man did NOT chase us down at this point) we pulled up to the used lot and had to get out to look. We were unable to just drive around. So we got out, and asked the gentleman that was walking toward us if we could just look. We just wanted to see what they had and that we just wanted to look. He said that was fine, although he emphasized that it was private property and that he must follow us around. We said fine, and let me just say, he did follow us. Every turn he was there. When we didn't see anything, and quite honestly, felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave I thanked him. Well, he looked at me and said he hoped he didn't treat his customers as badly as I had treated him. What? We just wanted to look. We didn't want a sales pitch. We just wanted to see what they had and then we could have talked or dealt with a salesman. The salesman then informed us that just looking was what the internet was for. Again...What? I assured him that was what we would do next time and I had to apologize for wanting to look for a car. Since my daughter has been saving for a few years for the moment to purchase her first car, we surely will NOT be purchasing from them. Especially since we aren't allowed to even look. Only on the internet. Terrible customer service. One for the books. More

We had such a great interaction with him right when we got into the parking lot. He was knowledgeable and didn't pressure us when we needed some time to talk things through by ourselves. We also worked with Mike Amos in Financing. Mike was easy to talk and walked us through every single step, making it easy to digest. Definitely would recommend them both to others!
