Chris who worked with the loan and warranty was also friendly and not pushy although our children have said we probably did not need the extended warranty we bought. .The only thing I would suggest is that staff offer water,soda or coffee when you are working with them for extended periods. MY husband did go get his own coffee several times but he had to ask about it. We felt we got a fairly good deal on the car. More

Also was not sure whether I wished to finance a new purchase on another used car or go for a lease. I had never leased before, so although it looked attractive, I did not know much about it. However, Jonah & Phil were very helpful, friendly and professional in explaining things to me and working with me to get a good deal. I ended up driving off the lot with a gorgeous Scion IA 2016! Wow. I owe more per month now (by a lot) then my old ride, but I have piece of mind, it won't let me down. The vehicle is solid, reliable and in the best shape. My wife and me will be driving safely and I am done dealing with repairs. THAT is worth something! The reason I choose Wilde Toyota is because years ago I got a used car from here, and they had really good taken care of me, as they did this time around. Had a great experience with Michael We came in shopping for a slightly used vehicle. Michael was one of the first to greet us and it was clear he was committed to finding us the right ve We came in shopping for a slightly used vehicle. Michael was one of the first to greet us and it was clear he was committed to finding us the right vehicle. He sat down to listen to us, our needs, our budget, and extras we wanted in our vehicle. He presented us with several options - both Toyota and non Toyota makes (as requested) in the budget and styles we had asked for (what a refreshing change to have a sales guy actually offer us options within our budget vs slightly above). We test drove several vehicles and after spending some time we came back to do an overnight test drive with a vehicle we were interested in. We were unfortunately "that couple" that came back late on a Friday night to finalize the purchase of the vehicle. This would seem to be an inconvenience for most people as the dealership closed at 9 but Michael was not only helpful but had a positive attitude and made sure we had all our questions answered going forward. He stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of and that we could be on our way with our new Toyota Rav4. The finance rep, Jeff, quickly and efficiently processed our info but took time to answer our questions thoroughly. We appreciated Toyota making this a smooth experience for us. And thank you to the additional employees who stayed late to help us. More
