It was extremely easy for my wife to locate a vehicle that suited out needs. Komi made our car buying purchase pleasant and at no point during our visit did we feel ‘pressured’ or ‘forced’. If all car buying experiences were as smooth as ours, the stigma attached to buying a vehicle would be non-existent. We will definitely come back when purchasing future vehicles. Additionally, the finance associate at this location provided a equally smooth process when purchasing our vehicle. Quick and Friendly Experience I bought the car with minimal hassle only hours after driving it for the first time. Kevin Nelson (my salesman) was very helpful and easy to get along with. A couple of weeks AFTER I bought the car I had an issue with the car that I was concerned about. I called Kevin and he told me to stop in and they would look at it. I did, they did and it turned out it was not a problem. Then later Kevin called me to say that they found some extra keys and a remote for the car and told me to stop in and pick them up. Great service and I love the follow up. More
