Jamie worked really hard to find me a mini van. I wasn't sure really what make and model I wanted. Jamie was not pushy, he let me test drive and take the van to my mechanic to check it out. I had a great experience buying a used car from Jamie Shay. I called earlier in the day to ask if the used car I found online was still available and he found it and let me know he was not able to save Shay. I did not feel pressure at any time to buy it and received a fair deal on the trade in I brought in. Jamie's experience in selling cars put me at ease as he was able to answer all questions asked with ease. Unlike other dealerships where we were left wandering about the lot Phil was right there with us from when we approached the selection of RAV4s, through the tough days we weighed our options, and to the late hour when we left the lot with our RAV4. He guided and provided us information on the RAV4s we were interested in. There was no pressure to buy what he thought was best for us. He and most of the staff at Wilde Toyota were friendly and helped us in every way they could; from quickly getting Phil on the phone with us to greeting us and finding Phil for us when we walked in to either of the buildings. It was this type of service that made us look no further even though we had other dealerships lined up to revisit. In this era of high pace, high pressure, and high tech lingo Phil and Wilde Toyota really focused on us and what we wanted. It is rare to get old fashion good customer service in this 21st century, but Wilde Toyota did it! We will definitely come back when we are in search for another car. My parents and I had originally came into Wilde to see about leasing a new car. Rob Podeszwa was very helpful in explaining the whole leasing process to us since we had never done it before. My mom and I came in the next day to look at a few more used cars and had let Rob know we would be coming in. The minute we got there he walked up ready to show us some more used cars. While walking through looking at cars, he remembered some specifications that I had said I wanted on a car. With that he helped me to find the ideal used car for me that met my specifications, price range and mileage limit. While I took it on a test drive, he printed out a Carfax with the history of the car and showed us how well maintained the car had been from the one previous owner. Even though he had a family commitment that he was going to be late for, he stayed until we had purchased that car and even put my licence plates on. More

Wow! Here we are again!! We've purchased 3 used vehicles in the last 2 and a half months from Wilde Toyota, through sales associate, Matthew Husting. We met Matt for the first time in March when my husband and I were in need of a second car. When our son saw what an awesome car we came home in and what a great deal we received, he decided to go see Matt and ask for his help in finding him a new vehicle. He left that day in a nice used truck. Now our daughter came home from college and was in terrible need of a different car. We headed right over to see Matt at Wilde Toyota and sure enough we drove off the lot with yet another awesome car, which totals 3 cars purchased in that 2 and a half months!
