Both were friendly, courteous and professional. The value on the trade-in was estimated sight on seen and when seen was valued at slightly less than the initial estimate, but they stayed with the original amount. The additional discount for acquiring two vehicles was appropriate as well as some addional accessories. The paperwork and financing was done efficiently and effortously. We enjoyed our time getting to know both Matt and Bill during the closing process. More

Phil Lo is the BEST salesperson there. Honestly if it was not for him, I would not have even purchased a car. He really listens to you and is extremely helpful. Matt was wonderful to work with! He was very responsive to our needs, based on what we were looking for and how much we could spend. I was put in touch with Chris Meyer and he was very personable and professional. I was reassured of the quality of this vehicle based upon my own research and responsiveness of Mr. Meyer. Chris was able to guarantee that the vehicle would not be sold while I was making the long drive to Wilde Toyota. The test drive and buying experience was the smoothest I have ever gone through. There was a minor vacuum malfunction that was diagnosed and corrected on the spot by a very competent technician. The financial assistant was professional, clear and thorough. He was very patient with all my questions. All in all, I enjoyed the entire process. I bought a great car for a great price in minimum time.
