Matt was wonderful to work with! He was very responsive to our needs, based on what we were looking for and how much we could spend. I was put in touch with Chris Meyer and he was very personable and professional. I was reassured of the quality of this vehicle based upon my own research and responsiveness of Mr. Meyer. Chris was able to guarantee that the vehicle would not be sold while I was making the long drive to Wilde Toyota. The test drive and buying experience was the smoothest I have ever gone through. There was a minor vacuum malfunction that was diagnosed and corrected on the spot by a very competent technician. The financial assistant was professional, clear and thorough. He was very patient with all my questions. All in all, I enjoyed the entire process. I bought a great car for a great price in minimum time. I came into the dealership just looking to do some test drives on various models. Brad was very friendly and relaxed and pulled out all the cars I asked for. After narrowing it down to 2 choices I saw a used Avalon. Brad mentioned that if I take that out for test drive I wouldn't settle for the other models I was looking at. I came back from the test drive and Brad and the associates could tell how much I liked it. Boy was he right! The Avalon was beautiful to ride in and drive. I told him I wanted it. Brad was very laid back in a good way. The purchase was no pressure and that made me very comfortable. I would recommend Brad to anyone looking for a new or used car.
