I have had my new 2021 Highland for a month now and I can truly say how much I enjoy it as well as my experience in settling on it and the purchasing process! Dan listened to my needs and made suggestions that I had not fully thought of like taking another look at the 2nd row captain’s seats. All my past vehicles had bench seats and that was the direction I was going in, because it was familiar. I love them now as do all my passengers. One aspect which is part of the buying process, is going through the business department but here too, it was a pleasant experience because we worked with Phill Lo again. He understood what our needs were and moved us through the department answering all our questions in a smooth and orderly manner.
