We had limited the car search for my Mom down to three different dealerships; with the cars seeming relatively equal in meeting our needs, the decision came down to who we thought could provide my Mom wit different dealerships; with the cars seeming relatively equal in meeting our needs, the decision came down to who we thought could provide my Mom with the best support. Rachel won in that category. She was able to patiently and competently explain the cars features to my Mom. At 85 learning some thing new isn't always easy. To Rachel's credit she didn't give up or dismiss her if she didn't get it the first, second or even the third time. My Mom likes her car way more than she thought she would. I believe Rachel's in service with the car instilled the belief that my Mom could learn the new features. This added confidence contributed to her satisfaction with the car. Toyota has a great product, but it is the customer service that made this transaction a success. Rachel assured her the support will be there if the need a raises. More
