I have been a customer of Williamson for years, and I have never received such poor service. I took my car in for an oil change and also had an issue with the trunk door, which was resolved as it was just a programming issue. Additionally, the armrest in the rear seat behind the driver was loose, so we requested it to be checked. The issue is that this advisor didn’t bother to inform us before picking up the vehicle that the part was on backorder—which we completely understand. The problem is letting the customer leave without notifying them. Our previous advisor always informed us of these things before we picked up the car. After realizing that the part had neither been checked nor repaired, I called him, left two messages, and he never returned my call. I only managed to reach him by chance when he finally answered the phone. When I asked him what had happened, he replied that my husband had not gone to his office before picking up the vehicle. We have never had to see anyone before retrieving our car from service. His attitude was rude, and I reported him to the service manager because I believe this person does not represent the company well. I would like to change my advisor for next service. The manager mentioned during our call he will be in charge of my vehicle next time. More
