I was able to call and set up an appointment for service. There was not a wait once I got there. The Service Manager (Skip) was professional and thorough. My Service Advisor Carlos Gomara makes commitments and promises he is not prepared to keep, time and time again. Made an appointment to drop off my SUV, was promised a courtesy vehicle and a timeline of o promises he is not prepared to keep, time and time again. Made an appointment to drop off my SUV, was promised a courtesy vehicle and a timeline of one day for the service. I was on time for my "appointment" waited 45 minute to get to see my advisor. No courtesy car available as promised, according to Carlos I had a "reservation"for a courtesy car. They had my SUV for three days promising a courtesy car each day with no follow up nor follow thru. To add insult to injury. They returned my SUV with damage, trying to cover it up with a shoddy repair. After 5 day of calling my advisor to get satisfaction of a complete repair to the damage, with zero call backs as he promised, "Oh, so sorry, I'll call you back later, tomorrow, next week….." I had to call the General Manager for anyone to take me seriously. Once again the advisor promised he would be sure to take care of the damage even if it required an new front bumper. All they did was spray some paint on the area of the impact and left the entire front bumper askew, none of the panels line up properly nor do the headlights. This dealer has demonstrated a complete lack of consideration and respect for my time, my property and their integrity. More

All went smoothly. Even was given rental after it was clear service would take a little more time.
