Very efficient but sometimes sometime too fast. I came for my 15k service and car was ready in under 3 hours! The dealership totally let me down. I had to wait a week for an appointment and then they had my car in for service for a month. I never got any updates on the car unless I called alth I had to wait a week for an appointment and then they had my car in for service for a month. I never got any updates on the car unless I called although I signed up for text updates. I finally had to rely on customer care at GM to let me know what was happening. I will say that my salesman stayed in touch with me although it wasn’t his responsibility. I got a loaner car to drive which was nowhere as nice as my car, but I was grateful to have a car. More
