I brought my 2022 Sierra Denali in to have the trailer light connector fixed, and the experience was extremely frustrating. It took over two weeks for the service to be completed, and despite calling ever light connector fixed, and the experience was extremely frustrating. It took over two weeks for the service to be completed, and despite calling every 3 to 4 days, I could never get ahold of anyone for an update. In the end, the trailer light connector was still not fixed. I've had similar issues with my other GMC vehicle as well. The service here was terrible, and I definitely would not recommend this dealership. More
