First time with a dealership Before coming to Wilson I was terrified of dealerships. I was led to believe that they were always trying to scam you, especially smaller ones. That was not the case and I could tell almost immediately. I didn't have a car but I wanted to test drive what became me new Nissan Versa, so they picked me up in it and we went for a long test drive. Rory was really easy to work with and he helped me learn my options from the get go and answered my questions honestly. The pricing of the vehicle was also a VERY fair price. We both came out of it happy. More

Recalls EDIT **12/18/2018** The service manager ordered the parts for the recall, picked up my truck and returned it after the work was complete. They did a EDIT **12/18/2018** The service manager ordered the parts for the recall, picked up my truck and returned it after the work was complete. They did a fantastic job. I took my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and two factory recalls. I scheduled the appointment two weeks in advance so the recalls could be completed. When I picked up my truck they said they did not have all the parts for the recalls. I will have to come back another time. I am disappointed that despite scheduling it so far in advance it was not completed. Now I have to spend another day sometime in the future getting the truck serviced. More missed time from work and hassle of dropping it off. Also my tire low pressure warning came on after leaving the dealer, so I don't think they properly checked the pressure when they rotated the tires. Everybody I worked with was very friendly and helpful. More
