Welcoming, but not pushy. My daughter had called and I felt that I was welcomed by a neighbor. This continued throughout the visit. I immediately felt that there was a bond created by the salesman. My memory for names is not good, but I did talk with another salesman about scuba diving, and the financial officer was excellent. I was using the emissions program, and at no time did anyone make me feel that I was not buying a Mercedes. Everyone at the dealership treated me well, often a woman is looked down upon, but everyone made me feel that I was important. Everyone talked personally and made was is often a tense situation enjoyable. Everyone knew the details of the EPA emissions program, and respected the use of it. More
