This is my 3rd vehicle from here and will continue to purchase from here. They don’t mess around and always are respectful of my time and don’t try and pull the normal car salesperson tactics. Called in for oil change and was told it would take 1 hour to an hour and a half to do basic service. I was given one price over the phone and then given another price when I got to facility after look hour to an hour and a half to do basic service. I was given one price over the phone and then given another price when I got to facility after looking at the web site for coupons. Dropped truck off and waited in lobby. After waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes I enquirered about how much longer. Was told they have been having an issue with the service techs giving notice and it would probably be another hour to change the oil. I asked why they didn’t say that to me when I dropped it off and was told “sorry”. I’m asked for them to bring my truck out front so I could leave. The gal helping me was friendly but the communication for the amount of time was not helpful. I will continue going to Gladstone Toyota after this experience. I would not recommend bringing your toyota their for service unless you ask the right questions More

Yo There is "NO BULL🐂"at Wilsonville Toyota. Straightforward pricing, beautiful and relaxing setting as you wait for your regular car check-ups. You receive a notice when these check-ups are due. Waiting time is what they say it will be. Employees in that Department are knowledgeable and courteous. This is my 3rd purchase at a Toyota dealership. My experience has always been. EXCELLENT. More

Covid and the resulting effects on manufacturing have apparently changed the game in car sales. No longer does the buyer have power/control. Unfortunately Wilsonville Toyota is (at least in my instance) apparently changed the game in car sales. No longer does the buyer have power/control. Unfortunately Wilsonville Toyota is (at least in my instance) using that to their advantage and in a manner that I felt really put the bull in bullying. I have never purchased a new car. The federal tax credits for the Rav4 Prime prompted my wife and I to pursue the purchase of one despite our reservations. When sitting with the sales person I said that I was curious about a trade-in (as I didn't know the process or what value my car would be appraised at). Before signing the pre-purchase agreement, I asked what would happen if my wife and I decided to not trade our (only) car in. The sales person (Chris Guidi) told me that the worst that would happen is that his reputation would be tarnished with his managers as he had listed the pre-purchase as a trade-in. While I really didn't want to affect his reputation negatively as he had aided me in acquiring the car I was hoping for (in a very hot market), my wife and I ultimately decided that what was best for our family was to keep our existing car and pay the full price for the Rav4 Prime. However, when the car arrived and I informed him that we had decided not to trade our (only) car in, it resulted in him forgetting our previous conversation and me being told that I would not be sold the car that I had been told was mine. (In general, the behavior of Chris was very unprofessional in how he treated me whenever I was at the dealership and how he spoke of the other sales people.) Additionally, in attempting to explain my case to a manager, I was hung up on. I was expected to stand by the prepurchase paper (regarding the trade-in) despite Chris having told me that it was just a placeholder and would be reworked when the car physically arrived. I understand that it's a free market and they didn't have to sell me a car. However, I also don't believe that lies and manipulation make for good business practice. Needless to say, I will go out of my way to avoid Wilsonville Toyota. More
