They sold me a car with a LOST TITLE, over 11 months after buying the car I still have no license plates or title! I am furious with this company! Just under a year ago I went in and bought a CHR, afte after buying the car I still have no license plates or title! I am furious with this company! Just under a year ago I went in and bought a CHR, after driving it for a short time I realized it was not the right car for me so I decided to sell it and get something more suited to my needs. I waited for the plates to arrive and they never did. Eventually, I got a letter from DVM stating what they would need to get me the license plates which was something Wilsonville Toyota would have to provide. I called them and was told the lady responsible would call me back, she never did. I called again, no callback. I left a message on the phone of the Assistant Manager as well as a Customer Service Advocate, no calls back. A few months ago I went in and still could not speak with the lady responsible but was told the title was lost and she was working on it, she was to call me by that evening, no call. They did give me a letter to show the police should I get pulled over for no plates, that letter expired in December. A few weeks ago I finally spoke to her and she says she is working with the DMV to get this mess cleared up. In a few more weeks, it will be a year since I bought the car, a very stressful year, and at the year mark, I feel an attorney is the best way to deal with this, I'm done being lied to and ignored. More
