Robbery!!! $101 for a STANDARD new key??? And had to wait 3 HOURS for a key. The service adviser admitted that it takes 3 minutes to cut a key but still charge $101 for a STANDARD new key??? And had to wait 3 HOURS for a key. The service adviser admitted that it takes 3 minutes to cut a key but still charged me 1/2 hour labor for $66!!! Crooks!!! More

On the day of the appointment, he introduced himself and I test drove a brand new Pruis! There was no pressure----but I will definitely give him a call if I decide I'd like a new one!
