Steven was an excellent POC who was more than happy to let us put the car through some solid tests (i.e. braking, top speed, pushing the limits on software features etc.) as well as take the time to go over both the car's features and let us take a closer look under the hood (literally). Steven and the financial team were also very flexible and transparent with their offerings and fee breakdowns on down payments, adjustments, etc. without pressure to accept any one option or pushback when declining any extras so we could settle on a great deal right before the holidays.
