Both were available immediately for questions which I always have a lot of. They were never to put out and we're always helpfuL. I'm sure there are other service were upset Wilsonville Toyota that are just as helpful but these three really made my experience! Obviously I go back again and again and will continue to do so. More

Followup Visit 6-16-17 I want to commend Glesty Waters for his customer service. I bought my vehicle from Wilsonville Toyota and have used their Service Department for all m I want to commend Glesty Waters for his customer service. I bought my vehicle from Wilsonville Toyota and have used their Service Department for all my maintenance and repair. This visit started off to a rocky start due to some unfortunate miscommunication from my appointment on the previous week. Glesty got it all straightened out made sure the problem was doubled checked before any work was performed, because of his diligence the repair was not what they had originally thought it was and saved me $435.00. The repair was a minor gasket repair and was done at no charge due to the circumstances. You hear from a lot of business that customer service is first and foremost but Wilsonville Toyota delivers. Glesty thank you again for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. More
