The bottom line was we wanted one of the hardest to land SUVs and they couldn’t leverage a “horse trade” with another dealer because no other dealer would be foolish enough to trade it. Lawrence went above and beyond to work his xxx off and try to find it. If we were willing to settle, I’m positive we would have had a fantastic buying experience.
