Took my vehicle in for service I brought my car in for an oil change even though it wasn't exactly at the mileage it needed to be. I found out that my service contract expired 5 mon I brought my car in for an oil change even though it wasn't exactly at the mileage it needed to be. I found out that my service contract expired 5 months ago but because I wasn't aware of that, the service guy allowed one last service at no charge (would've been $89!!!). I really appreciated his kind gesture. Plus, it only took 45 minutes instead of the estimated 1 1/2 hrs he told me it would take. More
Robbery!!! $101 for a STANDARD new key??? And had to wait 3 HOURS for a key. The service adviser admitted that it takes 3 minutes to cut a key but still charge $101 for a STANDARD new key??? Troy had called me shortly after I had made the appointment and asked if I would be interested in looking at a new Pruis. On the day of the appointment, he introduced himself and I test drove a brand new Pruis! There was no pressure----but I will definitely give him a call if I decide I'd like a new one! Gleasy was extremely good at explaining the worksheet and offering some comments about the order of importance! Very capable young man. As he walked me to my vehicle I remembered that I wanted my new phone paired with my car. No problem! Thanks again!!! More

Poor Communication My service call started with no one greeting me at my car after waiting for 10 minutes. No eye contact, no acknowledgment that I was there. My next experience was the service rep telling me that the cost was $20 more than the person on the phone told me. My next experience was waiting in the lobby for 45 extra minutes extra because no one came to tell me that my car was done I drive all the way from North Portland to Wilsonville to have my car serviced at Wilsonville Toyota. This particular time was a total fail. More
