Very thorough going over car at delivery. We had our own financing and did all the leg work for that- so that made the deal easier, but we were still there 4 hours for delivery. Edit to add: Our down payment check the dealership LOST! I had to put a stop payment on it, and drive back to the dealership to drop off a new one almost 2 weeks later. We were owed $100 in Chevy cash that was written and signed on a "WE OWE" you slip, we had to fight to get it, and now have to drive to dealership to pick check that up. Price on vehicle was non-negotiable. We purchased the zurich interior protection package and when the seats were lifted up at delivery there was fuzz all over the floor of a brand new car- I questioned if the carpet protection was even applied because under the seats was dirty. They then applied a simple spray to the carpet under the seats while we were in the car. I'm sure you can get this done on your own after market for MUCH cheaper. Trying to coordinate times when we could pick up the car was a bit difficult- and the price we were given was for a car they didn't even have on hand, and then they said we should just go with their financing because it "would be easier" even though it was a 1/2 percent higher than the loan we had already secured from our own bank and then continued to run our credit to try and get different loans. They really didn't have to do much- we basically did all the leg work and had to stay on top of them as far as communicating with them. More

I would 100% recommend this dealership. My fiancé and I went looking for a car and a truck and gave them the price combined we wanted to spend.
