If you want the best and most positive experience ever at a car dealer, go see him! He was so friendly and fun to spend the process with, that it made time fly by! He knows his stuff for sure about all of the vehicles that they sell and was able to answer every question I had. He took the time to listen and understand the difficult situation that I am/was in and why I needed to quickly purchase a new car, without judgement at all. The finance managers are very thorough in explaining all of the different costs, so that you don't feel like they are "pulling the wool over your eyes" with anything being hidden.
