We were on our way to pick up our truck that we put a deposit on but WIND GAP CHEVROLET told us the vehicle we put a deposit on and had a receipt for was for someone else. They also ran our credit before deposit on but WIND GAP CHEVROLET told us the vehicle we put a deposit on and had a receipt for was for someone else. They also ran our credit before they even had the vehicle but told us that they will run it when we pick it up. Manager said that is called a hard hit on our credit but if we try to get a vehicle within 30 days, it will only be a soft hit. Never should have been a "hit" at all. They did offered us another vehicle that was "in transit" and we could have that one. Different color, different package, defferent everything. Will NEVER, EVER buy a vehicle from these people. I don't care if they discounted it by 10,000. No wonder Krista's commission checks aren't that big. (as per her conversation with us). More
