recently took my Mach-E in for service at Windward Ford, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. My service consultant, Marina, was absolutely fantastic. Setting up the appointment was incredi and the experience was seamless from start to finish. My service consultant, Marina, was absolutely fantastic. Setting up the appointment was incredibly easy, and she managed to get me a 7:30 AM slot, which allowed me to drop off my car and still get to work on time. Marina greeted me with a smile and was so pleasant to work with. She even gave me a direct cell number in case I needed to reach her. I loved the transparency of the process—I received a text link immediately after drop-off that let me track my car’s progress in real-time. Marina also personally called me twice to keep me updated on the status. To top it off, she was incredibly flexible with my pickup. When I worried about the 4:30 PM deadline, she let me know she’d be there until 5:00 PM just to make sure I could get my car. Being able to communicate my arrival time through the tracking link was the cherry on top. This was hands-down the easiest service experience I’ve ever had! More

Horrible Service from the Management Team. They have damaged my windshield and put My Family in Danager with NO communication or Urgency on making it right! I am writing to express my deep They have damaged my windshield and put My Family in Danager with NO communication or Urgency on making it right! I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the handling of my vehicle, which was damaged while under the care of your team at Kailua Windward Ford in September 2025. For the past four months, I have remained patient and understanding, but the lack of communication, accountability, and action from your leadership team has left me frustrated and concerned for my family’s safety. On September 11, 2025, I brought in my Ford Bronco for a recall repair and to diagnose issues related to the engine light and intermittent power loss. The vehicle was kept overnight. On September 12, 2025, when we returned to pick up the vehicle, we were informed the recall was repaired, a loose connection was addressed, and no further issues were found. However, upon entering the vehicle, we immediately noticed damage to the front windshield, and the engine light remained on. We reported this to the service counter, and while the representative was apologetic, we were told the Service Manager was on vacation. From that point forward, communication and follow-up have been unacceptable: No proactive updates from management despite repeated calls and texts from me. September 17, 2025: I received an invoice for windshield replacement without any explanation or phone call. October 20, 2025: After weeks of silence, I was told via text that the replacement windshield arrived damaged, and another would need to be ordered. Since then, no updates, no calls, and no resolution have been provided. It is now January 27, 2026, and my windshield remains damaged. This is my family’s only vehicle and driving it in this condition is unsafe and unacceptable. The lack of urgency and communication from your team has placed my family of five in a very uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situation. I am requesting: Immediate explanation and accountability for how this situation was handled. A safe and reliable vehicle provided to my family until repairs are completed. A clear timeline for when my Bronco will be fully repaired. This experience has been extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service expected from your dealership.
