Service is terrible. Cant reach anyone and no one returns our calls. Bought a new 2025 for maverick. On May 8. They told us we vould get the vehicle because there was a recall and parts to fix it anticipated on June 15. That cane and went and was told they got the part sometime around June 23. Been in service till today July2nd and no calls frim anyone that the car is done ir ready? So my husband goes down to the lot and sees the car outside with the windshield window broken across the front of car. There were scratches on the sides of car and no one was available to talk to. We made numerous call to them and no one answered in any of the areas we called. I bought a brand new car waiting over a month for it to be done and now we have all these damages on the car which we dont even have yet and honestly i dont want it anymore. I bought a new car and i get this. I give the kailua windward zero for their services. Im going to file a formal complaint unless we get this resolved soon! More

Horrendous experience, I purchased a 2023 Ford Maverick from Windward Ford after being assured the vehicle had been inspected and was ready for sale. Before delivery, a major leak was discovered that shoul from Windward Ford after being assured the vehicle had been inspected and was ready for sale. Before delivery, a major leak was discovered that should have been identified during any legitimate inspection. After the dealership kept the vehicle for repairs and represented that the issue had been resolved, the truck became inoperable after only six days of use and had to be towed. A second Ford dealership has since identified additional concerns, including evidence of poor workmanship and missing components. I am now facing further diagnostic costs on a vehicle that was sold as inspected and roadworthy. Throughout this process, Windward Ford has failed to provide clear answers regarding the condition of the vehicle at the time of sale and has focused more on attacking me personally than addressing the serious issues with the truck.. I’ve been out thousands of dollars and no working vehicle and raking with emails calls as they have never taken accountability. They are dishonest and never never purchase a vehicle here. I’m horrified by how I was treated and records show they never properly inspected the vehicle were dishonest and did very poor work (parts of the car are actually missing) and they lied to me the whole way thru More
We purchased a vehicle from this dealership in March and, unfortunately, the post-sale experience has been extremely frustrating. While the sales process felt professional at the time, the service afterward unfortunately, the post-sale experience has been extremely frustrating. While the sales process felt professional at the time, the service afterward has been disorganized and inconsistent. We were instructed to return shortly after purchase for a safety inspection sticker, only to be told the dealership was out of stickers. What followed was multiple return visits—now totaling six trips to the dealership over approximately 10 weeks—to try and resolve basic post-sale requirements. In one instance, we arrived for a scheduled appointment at 8:45 AM and ended up waiting about four hours, only to leave without all issues resolved. We were later told to return again for the key fob issue, extending delays even further. The safety inspection sticker was eventually completed only after repeated follow-ups and significant inconvenience. However, other issues remain unresolved or unclear, including a non-functioning key fob, missing or unfulfilled promised floor mats, and confusion regarding the location of our vehicle registration at one point. Overall, the lack of coordination, repeated delays, and inconsistent communication have caused a great deal of frustration and wasted time. We expected better post-sale support and accountability. I hope the dealership improves its follow-through and customer service processes so future customers do not experience the same issues. 10 weeks later still no 2nd fob. Image More
