Hard to Please Yes, I'm one of those customers. I want to see the prices laid out, speak with the technician, and my vehicle ready by yesterday. . . My first expe Yes, I'm one of those customers. I want to see the prices laid out, speak with the technician, and my vehicle ready by yesterday. . . My first experience here wasn't that great, but they more than made up for it this second time around. They showed me exactly what I would be getting for my vehicle, the price for each part, and the percent for labor. I was able to speak directly to the technician that would be working on my vehicle, and he explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. But I still wasn't satisfied with the experience. It took the shuttle over 2 hours to return to the dealership and over an hour to pick me up (my location at the time was about 10min from the dealership). When I retrieved my vehicle the work I received wasn't what I expected and one or the parts didn't seem to work.... So why the five stars? Well, after patiently enduring my complaints, they took the time to explain (again) exactly what I paid for; and walked me through how to configure my new accessories so that they operated to my satisfaction. So yes, I'm a hard customer to please, but at this dealership they make every effort to make sure you drive away satisfied. More
