I brought my car in for service and was met immediately. On talking with Dexter, he informed me it was time for the 60,000 mile service. He was persistent in trying to have me call his cell number instead of his office number to conduct business. He would speak with me on speakerphone so others could potentially here private business discussions. He accused me of essentially trying to steal a used vehicle. More

Con Artists I brought my 2018 Honda Civic, that I purchased at Wolfchase, in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was left a voicemail telling me that my tire t I brought my 2018 Honda Civic, that I purchased at Wolfchase, in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was left a voicemail telling me that my tire tread was too low to rotate, and I needed 4 brand new tires. I was also told I I needed a new air cabin filter and my transmission fluid needed flushed. I called back and declined all 3 recommendations because my transmission fluid was JUST changed at my last oil change with Victory Honda in Jackson, TN. For this reason, I was concerned with the accuracy of the other “recommendations”. my husband took my car to his work, a dealership in north TN, and they checked my tires today. I have 6’s in the front and 5’s in the back. The inspection report I received from Wolfchase Honda said I had 3’s in the front and 4-6’s in the back. My air cabin filter had ALSO been replaced at my last oil change and upon inspection today should have been checked in the green/yellow, not red. I am HIGHLY upset at the incompetence level of service I received and the fact that I was attempted to be sold $1,000 worth of services/parts that I did not need. I also did not get my tires rotated because of the inaccuracy’s. So I will not have to waste another Saturday getting this service completed when it should have been done with my free oil change. I will be taking ALL my business to Victory Honda in the future. More
