I understand your frustrations regarding the scratches and in researching, I see that you wanted to have these scratches corrected on Memorial Day and spoke with Terence Williams, our General Sales Manager on that day. As he told you, unfortunately our touch up crew was not working on Memorial Day, the only team that was working was our Sales Team, the rest of our staff was off for the Holiday. I just spoke with Mr. Williams and he is going to give you a call or have Silas give you a call to get this taken care of at your convenience.
