Simple Oil Change and tire rotation. The service writer, Kenneth Jones, flagged me right into the bay. It was raining, so I was grateful. He asked me how he could be of service. I told him regularly scheduled oil change and tire rotation on my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback. He told me it would be about 90 minutes or so. They vacuumed my car and took it right back. Ninety minutes later it was ready. The service writer applied my discount and I was off to the races for the rest of my Saturday commitments. All in all, a very pleasant experience. The waiting room was comfortable. Coffee was nice and hot. I ate two cheese Danish (my favorite). The restrooms were clean. The ladies working the cashier counter were extremely pleasant and engaging. Kenneth made me feel like I was a valued customer when I came in. I left feeling the same way. I will be back. More
