Service check I have never been one to use a dealerships service center. Perception of over charges and long waits always discouraged me. However, after buying my honda pilot and coming in for regular oil checkups and 5 point checkups I have now changed my mind. The level of service, customer service and kindness overall makes the experience a 5 star for me. They greet you as soon as you open the door and guide you along every avenue. Calls periodically to update you on the status of your car is reassuring and they always deliver the car under the time they have projected. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Honda. Jeff Scola has helped me both times and he has always makes the experience pleasant, professional, personable and worry free. Excellent Job! More
