Oil change & software update Service department was excellent. The whole area was immaculate and a rep helped me within minutes of arrival. Rep explained all work that was done. My only hesitation from 5 stars was that they failed to tell me that software update erased all info I had in the vehicle computer--time, phone, audio, etc. Unfortunately, I did not realize until well after I left the dealership. My car is only a few months old and salesman had entered all that data at time of sale. I was a little annoyed I had to pull out manual and enter it all again. Would have been nice if they had warned me that that would happen. Other than that, service experience was excellent. More
