This is my third oil change from Wolfchase Honda and the shortest time was 1 hour. The service advisors shouldn’t have to apologize every time for the long wait. It’s to the point that it has become part of their closing speech. I understand staffing problems, but you should have a point person to time the “quick” services such as an oil change. There are more car runners than service advisors. Someone please look into the service times for quick services such as oil changes. Someone waited 1 hour 30 mins for a light bulb change. Turned out that the part had to be ordered, but no one relayed the message because the all the Service Advisors were in a 40 min meeting. More

They were amazing and I got the car I wanted. The first day dismt go well. I came in for the honda sport 2.0T but I was told it didnt have a sunroof. Which I thought it did. They are nice but not what I wanted. It was long and a waste of time. The next day reggie called and ask me to come back and found the car I wanted. Dan Dan test drove with me and showed me the features and I loved the car. Great team at Honda. More
