I received a VM within a couple hours that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I returned, Jeff greeted me in the line for the cashier, gave me a breakdown of the multipoint inspection and thanked me for being a customer. Considering my vehicle was in for a major maintenance interval, I spent much less than I would have expected, too. More
