Good experience overall Overall I had a good experience. The only thing I didn’t like was the online quote vs. the first quote for my trade in. Thr first quote I got when I was there was $500, which is a big difference, and was told to go sell my car at Carmax. It was annoying because I was not pulling a number out of the air, but it was the number you guys provided me. A second manager came out and offered me $1200. It was still half of your original quote to me, and it took the majority of my time trying to settle on the price of the trade in. The esignature process seemed pointless. I just signed the table instead of a piece of paper, and then all of the paperwork was printed out. More

Mislead on Appoint Time When I called about noon on Aug. 27, I was told to come right in for an oil change; that they would get me right in. When I got there 15 minutes late When I called about noon on Aug. 27, I was told to come right in for an oil change; that they would get me right in. When I got there 15 minutes later, I was told that it would be 1 1/2 hours before they could get my car in. Sure enough it was about 1 1/2 hours of waiting before I got my car back. Otherwise service was great, as usual. More
