Sad experience. Arrived at 10:20 for 10:30 appointment. I Was told oil change and air filter would take a little over an hour. That would be fine since I needed to leave to pick up my granddaughter by 2:00. I waited for the hour, while all that were in the waiting room when I arrived were eventually reunited with their cars. More people came and took their place in the waiting room. Several of the service employees would come into the waiting area to give the customer an update on their vehicle. I never saw my person. Finially I decided to ask how things were progressing. But my service person must have gone to lunch. More people were leaving the waiting area. When it totally emptied again I went looking for my service person. It was now 1:30. I was tired, hungry and needing my car. My service person was surprised to see me so she looked on the computer and saw I was next in line. After I told her I had to leave by 2:00 she goes back to check on my car. They apparently didn’t start on it until then. I checked out at 2:16. Why was I not checked on, why did I not get updates like everyone else did and in the age of computers how hard is it to keep up with your customers and how their vehicle is progressing through the system. I was given a coupon for a free oil and filter change so I would give you a positive feed back. I will not be using it. More

We were not happy! I called Saturday morning to get an appointment for Monday to have timing belt changed....almost $1,000 !!!!! “Skylar” assured me that they could do i I called Saturday morning to get an appointment for Monday to have timing belt changed....almost $1,000 !!!!! “Skylar” assured me that they could do it then and for me to bring it in. I told him I would be there in thirty minutes. I needed a ride because my husband had just been in the hospital and could not drive me back home. “No problem” they had someone to bring me home. We got there and was told that driver had been called and he was right around the corner. Would be on our way in just a minute. He lied to us!!!!! We waited 50 minutes for our ride home!!!! That really put a bad taste in our mouth. We hope our repair is done better than our riding problem!!! We will get a friend to give us a ride IF we ever HAVE to take it there another. We wish he had told us to wait at least an hour before we bring the car in because there was no one there at the time to bring us home and he was then across town!!! That could have avoided the problem. More
