My car wasn't done being detailed the day I was supposed to pick it up and he put me in a re My salesman was very helpful and an all around great guy. They worked with me on the rate with the banks and got me the best deal possible. Only thing negative (which really isn't that big of deal) is that the car was on E when I left with the car. All around a good experince! More

We are closer to Victory Honda in Jackson and they treated me as an idiot, insulted my intelligence, and their price on the same vehicle with the same trade was thousands of dollars more. DO NOT waste your time at Victory Honda of Jackson, drive an hour, be treated right and save thousands of dollars!!! More

I was acknowledged by the service agent as he verified vehicle information on the car. Upon his return, he advised me that my service today would be at no cost based on the new car data. Further, he advised me that my wheel rotation was not due and upon the wheel rotation due date, that service would be at no cost based on new car data as well. Though I was told my approximate wait time would be over an hour, I was finished in just under an hours time. Great! Overall my experience was awesome. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was moving smoothly until I stepped into the finance department and that's when my blood started boiling. Alex Dana was a pure con artist for his own benefit. He was running through my paper work too fast instead of explaining my interest rate,the bumper to bumper warranty, and gap. All this was bundled in my car payment without fully explaining what it was all for and to top it he added the most expensive one to my loan without my consent. He also will talk about his family to throw your distraction. But overall I love my vehicle but will not return to this location for anything. More

I've purchased over nine (9) vehicles from various dealerships over 15 years. It's always a painful and enduring process, so naturally I had my reserves and doubts; especially since this purchase was conducted over the phone and email. Response times were immediate. The communication was prompt, courteyous and instant. The papers were shipped 'next-day' indicating the areas I needed to sign based of the information provided perviously. Collectively, the process took no longer than two (2) hours. I hunt for very specific vehicles and keep up with cost trends often. At non point did I feel like I was getting taken advantage of or ripped off. In the future, I hope to come accross another highly desireable vehicle in their inventory because I'd be glad to do business with them again. More
