Tire problem On my way home from work I noticed a "thumping" sound coming from the tires. I checked the tires when I got home and discovered I had picked up a bol On my way home from work I noticed a "thumping" sound coming from the tires. I went directly to the service department because I was afraid I would have a flat tire by morning. It did take about 15-20 minutes before anyone came to check me in, but it was toward the end of the day. They worked me in and I was on my way by 6 p.m. Dexter Alexander is always very nice and goes the extra mile. More
