It's dissapointing to learn that your spare tire mount was not secured and that you had to tighten it when you returned home, that is not acceptable. I completely understand your frustrations and have passed your feedback along to our Service Director. He asked that I assure you that he will address this with the technician who handled your service and will take whatever steps he deems necessary after consulting with him.
